  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

    2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

    3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see section 4 below).

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

3. Return Scenarios

A. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a description of the issue along with photos of the defect/damage.

  • We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange based on your preference.

B. Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return the incorrect item using the return process outlined above.

  • We will cover return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge.

C. Item Not Received

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately.

  • We will investigate the issue and, if the package is deemed lost, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item.

D. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, please follow the return process after receiving the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:
